1. The "3-Year Wait" for Bathrooms
You can’t hack tiles in a brand-new BTO bathroom for three years—it's HDB’s way of protecting the waterproofing. If you hate the default tiles, don't worry! We specialize in overlaying, giving you a luxury look without breaking the law.
2. The Clock is Ticking (3-Month Deadline)
For new BTOs, the clock starts the moment the permit is issued. You have three months to finish. Because we own our workshop, we control the production timeline, ensuring your cabinets are ready exactly when the walls are painted.

Structural walls and bomb shelter doors are untouchable. We’ll help you identify these on your floor plan so you don't accidentally plan a kitchen island where a load-bearing pillar stands.
