The Condo Renovation project demonstrates how residential spaces provide warm comfort while modern architectural design delivers operational efficiency. The design uses two different color schemes which create communal spaces through mid-tone wood grains and soft blue textiles while private spaces use a pure white design. The living room features a long low-profile timber media console which extends across the room space and architectural cove lighting creates vertical height while providing sophisticated ambient illumination. The large windows which have floor-to-ceiling neutral drapes create interior spaces which receive continuous gentle daylight that brings out the sharp angles of the custom woodwork.
The transition into the bedroom reveals a masterclass in integrated storage solutions. The white wardrobe which reaches from floor to ceiling covers the entire wall space and its handle-less design creates a seamless connection with the room's architectural features. The design uses open timber shelving which creates display areas for personal belongings while it breaks up the continuous white surface through adding warm and textured elements. The home maintains a clean ceiling appearance through its recessed downlights and slim-profile ceiling fans which create an atmosphere of orderly elegance that enables easy breathing.
The interior designer created a flexible living space which meets the changing requirements of residents while maintaining strict aesthetic standards. We dedicated our efforts to active storage design which included building bedroom cabinets with hidden compartments for seasonal storage and accessible open shelves for daily use items. The design enables the room to function as a peaceful retreat which maintains its practical functions.
The living space features a design which uses floating furniture elements. The media console design required us to raise it above ground level which created an open space throughout the condo that enhances its overall spaciousness and lightness. The designers selected color scheme elements to create a connection between contemporary design and home-like atmosphere. The home design achieves a state of precise organization which creates an atmosphere of deep comfort and personal touch.
